First, we studied current companies, google analytics and sales platforms. We have discovered bags in data collection and prepared a plan of fixing. Further we quit ecwid platform as a source of data and started using Baselinker.
Advertising activity was unstructured, it took 5 different ad accounts and company’s naming was useless. We created rules for naming and divided all advertising activities into 2 ad accounts (for local and foreign markets)
Working with budgets as 5-20 thousand USD requires precise analytics and attribution. Except those 2 spheres, the main field of optimization is communications.
Together with the client, we have developed a number of ad types for tests and implemented continuous ads testing framework.

In order to analyze daily indicators and take actions in the very first moment, we used Madgicx AI for: Campaign analysis, Ads creation, Automated rules execution.
With the help of Madgicx we have developed a number scaling and pausing rules and also started about 100 ad sets with the most winning ad-audience combinations.

Successful results
At November 2022 we paused main campaigns due to changing consumer behaviors caused by energy crisis in EU. As of this writing, we are preparing for hot seasons at New Year, 8 March and 14 February.
Finally, client is pleased with the results, and now we are planning future development of advertising activity with a number of platforms and with different business models such as B2B.
